I ordered two yards for a pair of youth size (12 yo) flannel pants. It feels beautiful and it went through the washer and dryer without any issues - the pattern of the fabric still laid nice and straight. Since there was adequate stretch along the selvedge and because the sewing pattern fit best on with the grain going horizontally, I chose to lay the pajama pants against the grain. My tween is so pleased with the way it turned out, and so am I. Two yards was just enough material to line up the flannel and cut pocket bags. I keep checking for it to come back in stock, I would order more to make a matching flannel sweatshirt.
