    Florence | @ftmom3
Pattern | Paradise Patterns Hallon Dress
    Color | Lake Placid

"Loving linen..that should be my new catchphrase.
This new heavy rayon linen base is the perfect all season material for your sewing projects.
It drapes amazingly, feels cool & gentle to the skin. It washed & dried wonderfully & bayybee the sewing was a dream. I made the Paradise pattern Hallon dress ( view a) I wanted to highlight how great it gathered( at the back) & the drape & flow with my ruffle.
This colorway is soft, feminine & classic. I have a small amount left and plan to make a colorblock top with it. I can't wait to see all your projects."

Pattern | Petite Stitchery Saffron Dress
    Color | Hazy Teal

"Simple and perfect for summer days? Think linen! I love this soft teal shade for a loose minidress that makes me want to frolic in sunflower fields and stroll on the beach. I used Petite Stitchery's Saffron Dress, a very easy to follow pattern that has options for buttons or a scoop back (an easy on/off version). Pressing and hemming were almost therapeutic as the fabric cooperated incredibly well. The linen gives a crisp and structured look, but with a soft feel and breathability."

    Mandy | @handmademandy
Pattern | Handmade Millenial Suncatcher Dress (coming soon)
    Color | Dovetail

"I went straight from my sewing machine to take photos and I am so in love with this fabric! I sewed up the taupe color way in the soon-to-release Suncatcher Dress (new pattern from Handmade Millennial). The drape is so good. The color is a little grey, a little brown, a little green... a gorgeous and versatile neutral. The linen gives the fabric an earthy, natural crinkle. I feel like a wood nymph or a character straight out of a Midsummer Night's Dream. My color season is soft summer and I'm pretty sure this a perfect, smokey neutral mushroomy brown if you're into that sort of thing. (I am!). I'll be acquiring more with visions of a bias-cut skirt, flowy pants, maybe another dress... Linen-rayon blends are a fabric I gravitate towards and finding it in a heavier weight is a rare treat! It feels luxurious and dreamy. I'm a big fan."

     Summer | @summersewist
Pattern | Amy Nicole Studio Audie Playsuit
    Color | Misty Green

"This linen rayon is a great, versatile weight that will work well for multiple seasons as well as garment types. It has some weight to it and is opaque, making it perfect for pants, jumpsuits, and drapey blazers. It has a beautiful movement which will instantly dress up any garment. Not to mention it’s soft and comfortable to wear. I used it to make the shorts view of the Audie Playsuit from Amy Nicole Studio. Amy’s patterns are drafted for petites so you may need to add (more) length if you’re taller than 5’4”. This is a versatile fabric/pattern pairing that can go from running errands to dressy date night with a few simple changes in accessories. I highly recommend picking up multiple colors because this will become an instant favorite."

    Kyema | @epicpooka
    Pattern | Georgette Patterns Sophie
    Color |  Rolled Oats

"I got a chance to sew up this linen and wanted a project to push me back into sewing something for me. I have never made woven shorts before that weren't PJ pants so I was a little nervous but I am so happy I tried something new. To be honest, I didn't even know if I'd like this style of shorts. It's definitely not my go to "look" but I fell in LOVE with them! These shorts look super cute with a fitted top and give that, not too dressed, not too dressed down look that's great for hot summer. The pattern is a set from Georgette Patterns, Sophie. I chose to only make the bottom part as I knew the top wouldn't fit into my lifestyle at this moment. The fabric is awesome. Nice weight, great drape, and very breathable. Better yet, even fresh out of the dryer they weren't too wrinkly! I will be wearing these a ton this summer! Lastly, in my eleven years of sewing, this is my first ever fly front zipper and I am SO proud of it. It far surpassed my expectations and looks very professional. Now I just need to remember unzipping my pants to show people is still frowned upon even if you made it yourself. 🙂"

Pattern | Petite Stitchery Freya Jumpsuit
    Color | Plum Dandy

"Another fabric that has strengthened my new love for linen! This fabric was a breeze to sew with and I love the weight. The drape and breathability made this a base that can be used for so so many projects that i have in mind. Pleated palazzo pants, button ups, blazers, dresses. So. Much. Versatility! I made the Freya jumpsuit from Petite Stitchery. This fit was such a good vibe and this color is perfection against my skin. This is one of those bases that I am hooked on and will be getting more yardage of this beauty!"

    Cynthia | @sewn_by_cynthia
Pattern | Love Notions Allegro Bottoms
    Color | Apple Blossom Pink

If you are constantly on the hunt for a great fabric that will get you through multiple seasons, then the new heavy rayon linen is what you are looking for! This linen blend is an easy care fabric with a slight slub feel to it, creating visual interest while remaining comfortable against the skin. It also drapes nicely making it suitable for flowy skirts, dresses, tops with statements sleeves, and even pants. I made the Allegro Bottoms from Love Notions Patterns in this lovely rose color…a shade I don’t usually wear in bottoms. They definitely fill a void in my wardrobe and will be worn well into cooler weather.

Pattern | Friday Pattern Company Saguaro Set
    Color | Vernon Olive

"The weight of this gorgeous linen makes it ideal for so many warm weather (and beyond!) garments. It has that easy, lived-in look that we love about linen, but with adequate opacity for pants without the need for a lining. I'm a stickler for pressing on high heat and each seam that I sew is pressed multiple times - I was was thrilled with how well this base handled my idiosyncrasy. I made the Friday Pattern Company Saguaro set and couldn't be happier with the result! The drape, the color, the ease of sewing... If you are new to wovens or have been sewing with them for years, this is the perfect textile for your next project!"

    Leah | @leah_wink
Pattern | True Bias Emerson Pants
    Color | Faded Jeans

"As a rule, I shy away from linens, but I’m so glad I gave this bottom-weight blended fabric a try. It is so much better than your typical linen!
The fabric is easy to work with, drapes beautifully, and has the potential to work for any number of woven patterns. I sewed up a full-length pair of Emerson Pants by True Bias. I was pleasantly surprised how flowy the pants are as I move. The linen rayon blend provides the polished, classy summer vibe I was going for!"
