Is it July already? Time is flying by this summer. For the month of July we wanted to have a little fun with you all and what is more fun than a sewing contest?! Not much in our opinion.
So here we go... Announcing our Little Black Dress Contest.
The rules are simple:
- Use any of our black fabric or lace, including prints. For your convenience click here to see all our current options. (You may use Surge fabric from your stash as well.)
- Take a photo and post it to our Facebook Group (use hashtag #surgelbd) and also add it to the Little Black Dress Album.
- You may make multiple dresses, every individual dress counts as an entry.
A winner will be chosen by us and announced August 1st. The prize is amazing, it is a collection of a bunch of our favorite sewing items for a total value of over $120! If you haven't tried Kai Shears trust me you want them, they cut through anything like its nothing! Our friends at Hey June also kindly donated two patterns as well.
